To be a patient on SpecialMedz.com and/or to receive deliveries from SpecialMedz Delivery you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or older
• Have a valid Michigan Drivers License or ID Card.
• Have a valid Michigan MMP(Medical Marihuana Program) Card issued by LARA.
• NOT sell or redistribute your medicine to others.
• NOT drive or operate heavy machinery while using marijuana.
  
• Respect and show courtesy towards all staff, website members, and community.
• Understand and agree that the service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis
